This role is based at our Dordon site, with working hours from 20:30 to 05:00, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all health and Safety procedures and safe systems of work
  • Support Health and safety initiatives such as zero accident behaviour
  • Manage colleague issues with empathy and discretion, escalating to HR where necessary
  • Oversee the management of the departments, including direct reports and the colleague population
  • Ensure departmental and individual performance meets with the locally agreed expectations, including SLAs
  • Utilise root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement including health and Safety
  • Be a champion for the culture of continuous improvement, focusing on the delivery of exceptional customer experiences

Skills and Experience
