Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Weekend Sales Advisor to join our team at LKQ Euro Car Parts. This is a telephone-based role supporting our retail customers, helping them find the right parts and providing an excellent customer experience.
Working Pattern:
- Saturdays and Sundays (core working days)
- One additional weekday (flexible, to be agreed)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from retail customers
- Provide expert advice on automotive parts and products
- Process orders efficiently and accurately
- Build rapport with customers and identify sales opportunities
- Resolve customer queries and issues professionally
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales targets
Skills and Experience
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive knowledge is desirable but not essential (training provided)
