Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data-driven pricing strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, generate pricing hypotheses, and establish testing mechanisms to refine pricing strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure pricing requirements are met and successfully implemented.

  • Enhance pricing capabilities to drive sales, profit growth, and customer confidence.

  • Work closely with Product Teams to define and execute pricing policies, including price setting, discounts, authorisations, and rebates.

  • Monitor, report, and assess the impact of pricing strategies using advanced analytics.

  • Develop and maintain pricing models to optimise revenue and profitability.

  • Deliver monthly dashboards and performance insights to key stakeholders.

  • Mentor and support team members to strengthen pricing capabilities across the business.

Skills and Experience

 

  • Proven experience in pricing analytics and price optimisation.

  • Strong background in developing and implementing strategic pricing changes.

  • Exceptional numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to build and interpret complex models.

  • Advanced Excel skills are essential; experience with SQL and BI tools is highly advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
