Key Responsibilities

Turning strategy into action – Translating business and sales objectives into impactful, integrated marketing plans that drive measurable results.

Owning campaigns from start to finish – Creating and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, from initial concept through to execution, generating high-quality sales leads within your target channel.

Creating compelling content – Developing a mix of digital and offline assets such as events, webinars, videos, whitepapers, and more to engage and convert audiences.

Amplifying the message – Delivering multi-channel campaigns that cut through the noise, while discovering new platforms and channels to reach your target audience.

Collaborating cross-functionally – Working closely with Sales and Product teams to align on objectives and keep plans agile, responsive, and effective.

Driving insight-led decisions – Conducting ongoing market analysis to assess trends and opportunities, using insights to recommend and optimise future marketing activity.

Managing partners and agencies – Briefing and overseeing third-party suppliers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all channels.

Leading and mentoring – Managing a small, high-performing marketing team and contributing to the wider development of the UK marketing function.
Skills and Experience
- Graduate with CIM qualification would be advantageous
- Marketing experience in a multi site retail environment or automotive environment
- Knowledgeable in all areas of marketing and PR with experience in digital communications
- Good at juggling simultaneous, sometimes conflicting projects
- Comfortable working and leading in a busy marketing environment/department
