Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics Development Manager, you’ll:

Support the rollout of our Warehousing Excellence Roadmap, tailoring European initiatives to UK & Ireland operations.

Define and implement standardised operational procedures that elevate efficiency and consistency across sites.

Lead facility-level improvement projects – from deployment to evaluation – ensuring measurable impact.

Promote a continuous improvement culture, delivering training and coaching to regional teams.

Support inventory accuracy and SOX compliance, working closely with Supply Chain Planning and European colleagues.

Align with the European team on WMS strategy and technology rollouts, ensuring local readiness and adoption.

Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, providing clear updates, impact reporting, and escalation when required.
Skills and Experience
We’re seeking someone who brings:

A strong background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain development.

Proven experience in process improvement, lean methodology, or operational excellence initiatives.
