Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Development Manager, you’ll:

  • Support the rollout of our Warehousing Excellence Roadmap, tailoring European initiatives to UK & Ireland operations.

  • Define and implement standardised operational procedures that elevate efficiency and consistency across sites.

  • Lead facility-level improvement projects – from deployment to evaluation – ensuring measurable impact.

  • Promote a continuous improvement culture, delivering training and coaching to regional teams.

  • Support inventory accuracy and SOX compliance, working closely with Supply Chain Planning and European colleagues.

  • Align with the European team on WMS strategy and technology rollouts, ensuring local readiness and adoption.

  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, providing clear updates, impact reporting, and escalation when required.

Skills and Experience

We’re seeking someone who brings:

  • A strong background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain development.

  • Proven experience in process improvement, lean methodology, or operational excellence initiatives.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • The ability to influence, coach, and drive engagement at all levels.

  • A mindset for continuous improvement and innovation, with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Flexibility to travel across the UK & Ireland region when needed.
