Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Indirect Procurement, you will:

• Lead regional procurement cost reduction initiatives for non-centrally led commodities and services.

• Support European-wide procurement strategies through data gathering and collaboration.

• Optimise departmental structure to enhance cost-effectiveness and maximize spend.

• Manage, develop, and motivate procurement staff to achieve performance targets.

• Ensure supplier management reviews align with corporate standards.

• Maintain strong stakeholder communication through regular business reviews.

• Drive the deployment and enhancement of the P2P global platform (Coupa) and streamline vendor onboarding and contract management.

• Track KPIs with Regional Finance to assess spend, vendor performance, and procurement efficiency.

Skills and Experience

• A Master’s degree in Purchasing, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.

• Proven leadership experience in procurement.

• A results-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills.

• Strong communication abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
