Key Responsibilities
- Leads the development and delivery of measurable Digital Marketing strategies, including Social Media, Content, Email, Search, Pair and CRM across all business channels
- Manages senior stakeholders and alignment with broader functional and business strategic goals by channel
- Manages the Digital Marketing Team and Budget with an active role in forecasting/reforecasting
- Builds and maintains a B2B and B2C presence across multiple social media channels
- Uses CRM and internal data to develop retail value propositions for specific target audiences
- Communicate regular performance reviews on campaigns, incentives, projects, competitor activity.
- Provides leadership through relationships and influence all stakeholders to ensure delivery of key objectives in line with the business sales growth targets
- Motivates, mentors and manages the digital marketing team
- Drives a collaborative environment across internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- Proven operator with significant experience in Digital Marketing
- Industry does not matter, but B2B and B2C experience is welcomed
- Experience working in a large matrix business
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills verbal and written
- Proactive and organised, with strong ability to multi task and prioritise
- Intellectual curiosity and industry perspective
- Down to earth engagement style, prepared to get hands dirty in the detail as well as up at the strategic level
