We are seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to support our Business Directors and Finance teams in driving business performance through strategic insights, financial analysis, and reporting. Key Responsibilities

Supporting Business Directors in launching actions aligned with our business strategy.

Collaborating with Finance and Commercial Business Partners to enhance business performance.

Identifying opportunities to improve channel business performance, including customer profitability, trading opportunities, and loyalty propositions.

Providing analytics, commentary, and actionable insights to influence key business decisions.

Managing financial targets, forecasts, and stretch goals to drive growth.

Ensuring accurate and consistent financial reporting across divisions.

Delivering insightful analysis to aid management understanding of channel performance.

Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.

Supporting branch P&L management and capex business cases.

Monitoring financial and KPI performance, providing reports and recommendations.

Collaborating with Finance teams to ensure accurate month-end accounts.

Providing ad-hoc analysis and project support as required.
Skills and Experience

Experience in a commercial finance environment.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.

Accounting qualification (desirable) but not essential.

Experience in sales and margin trend reporting with actionable insights.

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines and ensure project completion.

Ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders with clarity
