We are excited to be recruiting for a new Finance Analyst to support our Central Support functions. This role will play a vital role in supporting the financials of these functions by working hand in hand with the Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to key stakeholders. The Central Support functions include but are not limited to IT, Legal, HR, Fleet, Property, PMO and Finance both within the UK & ROI. This role will play a vital role in supporting the financials of this function by working hand-in-hand with Finance Business Partner – Head Office to provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to key stakeholders. By joining the Commercial Finance and FP&A team, you'll become an integral part of our strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Work with key stake holders to compile and analyse data for monthly reporting, monthly forecasts and budgets for Central Support Functions
- Facilitate a prompt and accurate month-end close
- Understand the drivers behind the financial performance, challenge the status quo and help with recommendations to bring future success to the business.
- Manage specific functional trackers such as company training spend
- Conduct monthly finance reviews with senior stakeholders
- Prepare monthly P&Ls with commentary for functional managers
- Manage project trackers, including capital expenditure processes and attendance at regular meetings with the various project stake holders
Skills and Experience
- Part-Qualified / Newly Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA)
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills
- Experience with month-end preparation/close
- Experience in forecasting and planning
- Excellent relationship management skills with all levels and departments
