Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and live chat

  • Supporting customers through chatbot interactions and stepping in when human support is needed

  • Resolving queries efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience

  • Accurately logging customer interactions and updating records

  • Following company processes and meeting service level targets

  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and chatbot responses

Skills and Experience

  • Previous customer service experience (call centre, contact centre, or digital support preferred)

  • Confident telephone manner and clear written communication skills

  • Comfortable using chat systems, CRM tools, and basic computer software

  • Calm, patient, and professional under pressure

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
