Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and live chat

Supporting customers through chatbot interactions and stepping in when human support is needed

Resolving queries efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience

Accurately logging customer interactions and updating records

Following company processes and meeting service level targets

Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and chatbot responses
Skills and Experience

Previous customer service experience (call centre, contact centre, or digital support preferred)

Confident telephone manner and clear written communication skills

Comfortable using chat systems, CRM tools, and basic computer software
