We have an exciting opportunity in to join our new Customer Support Team as Bodyshop Customer Support specialist and be part of a dynamic company that values efficiency, teamwork, and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for our 7 sales offices operating in the UK and ROI ensuring a seamless Pre and post-sale experience
• Support the on boarding of new and existing customers from sign-off to completion
• Manage customer account setups, stock ordering systems, product restrictions, and demo stock requests
• Assist with large projects, including new Bodyshop setups
• Work closely with sales offices, field teams, and key stakeholders to improve operational efficiency
• Key contact for our Mobile customers and logistic teams

Skills and Experience

• Strong communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• A proactive and driven approach with high levels of focus and energy
• Good business acumen and problem-solving abilities
• A passion for delivering best-in-class service
• Experience of using excel proffered but not essential
