Key Responsibilities
- Assist with customer tender modelling and submission including product liaison, pricing.
- Assist with the modelling and data analysis for all customer Advance requirements and amendments.
- Liaise with the Product Team regarding tenders and cross referencing work, ensuring a full and accurate understanding of requirements and timescales are understood.
- On going Customer pricing and margin analysis.
- Contract database maintenance and pro active renewal management.
- Support the evolution of the reporting strategy data management.
- Support the National Accounts team, commercial and non commercial, perform their duties.
- Provide routine and adhoc reports
- Provide adhoc data analysis
- Development and deliver an End to End margin reporting suite
- Support team members as necessary to ensure workload is proportional.
- Propose ways to improve current departmental performance.
- Assist with enquiries from the branch network as necessary.
- Customer performance evaluations including recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure the central systems for National Accounts operate as designed.
- Assist in any development and implementation of processes or procedures as and when required.
Skills and Experience

Strong analytical skills with experience in data modelling, reporting, and margin analysis.

Proficiency in Excel; experience with databases and reporting tools is highly desirable.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Previous experience within the automotive or commercial sector is a plus.
