We are looking for a Commercial Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support to the Head of Commercial and the wider business teams. This role plays a key part in delivering customer profit modelling, analytics, reporting, pricing, and account management for Key Accounts SMR. You will be the go-to person for commercial insights and will play a pivotal role in supporting our National Accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Profit Modelling & Reporting: Conduct in-depth profit analysis, assess budget implications, and provide insightful commentary and recommendations to senior management.

  • Customer Pricing & Margin Analysis: Ensure accurate and effective customer pricing strategies, collaborating with Key Account Managers.

  • Customer Account & Product Management: Manage customer accounts within central systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.

  • Rebate Management: Calculate and manage customer rebates in line with company policies, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

  • Customer Interaction & Presentations: Partner with Key Accounts Managers to deliver impactful customer presentations and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Data Management & Reporting: Support the evolution of reporting strategies, ensuring high-quality commercial data management.

  • Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day management and leadership to team members, ensuring workload balance and performance optimization.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek and propose ways to improve departmental performance and efficiency.
