Key Responsibilities
- Deliver LKQ Leisure and Marine’s propositions to grow sales across all product categories
- Creating strong leads and opportunities for all of LKQ Leisure and Marine channels, ensuring compliance across all marketing and promotional activity internally and externally
- Identifying and developing existing, lapsed and new business opportunities within specific geographical areas
- Conducting customer account reviews on a regular basis, with a focus on monthly spend, margin, credits, terms, maximising key product group opportunities and potential spend
- Develop positive and professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the L&M aftermarket
- Participate in regional business specific customer events
- Attend national and local training events
- Visibly promote LKQ Euro Car Parts group values and act as an ambassador for the organisation
Skills and Experience
- Proven 1 2 1 management skills and a track record of developing sales
- Experience of managing a remote team/field based team/multi site management
- Ability to strategically analyse sales data to identify opportunities or areas for concern
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to interact and influence senior stakeholders
- Be a self starter work autonomously with the ability to organise diaries and work remotely with extensive travel.
