Job Overview
As a Regional Manager within LKQ Digraph your responsibilities include driving your region to achieve sales and margin targets, along with delivering exceptional operational standards across all branches. You will be working as part of the LKQ Digraph Senior Management Team to create, develop and retain high sales performance and operational standards whilst delivering company goals, values strategy

Key Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for all sales, operations, resource and customer service across the region. This includes line management responsibility for a select number of Branch Managers
- Work remotely to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with Business Goals and Objectives
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the automotive aftermarket
- Ensure all branches are fully compliant in line with the branch core standards to maintain a balanced performance
- Create a safety first culture across all branched in the region through H S compliance
- Lead, coach and develop your teams to create the skills and capabilities needed both now and, in the future
- Promote a customer focused mindset within the branch to ensure the customer us at the heart of everything we do
- Drive customer focussed added value service solutions loyalty offerings, including concepts.
- Act as a key member of the LKQ Digraph senior management team by actively demonstrating the standards, behaviours and values to drive team effectiveness across the business
