Job Overview
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring that daily warehouse operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The role involves supervising tasks such as picking, packing, loading, and shipping of goods, while ensuring that all processes comply with company standards and health and safety regulations. The Team Leader plays a key role in motivating the team, managing performance, and contributing to the overall success of warehouse operations.
Shift Pattern: Sunday 06:00-14:30, Monday to Thursday 18:45 - 03:15

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse operatives, ensuring tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor the performance of team members, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to ensure productivity and quality targets are met. Address any performance issues and work with the team to improve individual and collective output
- Identify and resolve operational issues within the team, including workflow bottlenecks, stock discrepancies, and equipment malfunctions. Escalate any significant issues to the FLM as necessary
