Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing strategies and manage end-to-end procurement activities in collaboration with our European Head of Procurement.

  • Own and manage a dedicated supplier and product portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and value.

  • Conduct supplier evaluations, benchmarking, and negotiate terms to align with our strategic goals.

  • Produce insightful reports on procurement activities, savings, and supplier performance for senior management.

  • Serve as a vital link between category management teams, stakeholders, and suppliers – especially where local language expertise is needed.

  • Provide guidance and support to remote colleagues across Europe.

Skills and Experience

  • A proven track record in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management—ideally in a multinational or automotive setting.

  • A sharp eye for cost-saving opportunities and a strategic mindset.

  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Confidence in using Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Access or similar database tools.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams and borders.
