Job Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at LKQ Digraph. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer focussed and experienced in maintaining the highest standards. The role sits within the LKQ Digraph branch network and will drive the daily operations of the branch, ensuring continuity to achieve a balanced performance and deliver exceptional core standards.
In partnership with the Branch Manager, you will ensure that our colleagues are engaged and have the necessary tools and resources to deliver great customer service, to implement new strategies to win new business and cement relationships with existing trade customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality and exceptionally services to customers
- Assist Branch Manager to achieve sales target, projected profit and deliver on key business metrics and KPI measures in line with Business Goals and Objectives
- Support with the selection, training, supervision and evaluations of the branch team to enhance individual productivity and enable them to function according to their job responsibilities
- Assist Branch Manager to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies
- Maintain operational standards to provide an excellent working environment for employees
- Ensure the facility is kept clean, safe and orderly, in line with company Health & Safety requirements
- Support sales promotion activities including promotional campaigns, micro-marketing events, and trade shows
- Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the branch.
- Develop action plans to enhance operational controls and optimise customer service
- Assist in performance appraisals, promotions, and compensation activities for employees
