Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting regular concept customer account hygiene reviews
  • Providing virtual customer support and in person visits when required
  • Consulting with customers to identify revenue opportunities and maximise their growth potential
  • Developing positive and professional working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Developing positive and professional working relationships with key suppliers and their field teams
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the concept products and services proposition

Skills and Experience

  • Previous Account Manager experience
  • Ability to build strong relationships both face to face and virtually
  • Experience working to targets
  • Some industry knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
