As an Inventory Operative, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the inventory levels within our warehouse. Key Responsibilities

•  Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock counts and audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels and ensure that inventory is recorded accurately in WM system.
• Stock Investigations: Conduct regular investigations of stock in unavailable locations due to incorrect receiving, put-away and picking processes.
•  Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate records in the inventory management files.
• Communication: Coordinate with the different departments to ensure that stock levels meet the pick requirements and notify relevant departments of any stock shortages or issues.

Compliance: Ensure all stock handling processes adhere to Health and Safety regulations and company policies.

Skills and Experience

• Understanding of WMs systems.
• IT literate and knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of logistics or warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in handling multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure.
