Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment or machinery at customer sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimise downtime
- Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance
- Provide clear and professional support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction
- Complete service reports, documentation, and updates in line with company procedures
- Train end users on basic equipment operation and maintenance
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. technical support, parts, and scheduling) to ensure efficient service delivery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on-site
- Travel to various customer locations as required, sometimes at short notice
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a Field Service, Maintenance, or Engineering role
- Hands-on experience with installing, maintaining, or repairing technical equipment or machinery
- Familiarity with health and safety procedures and working on customer sites
- Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous
- A full, clean driving licence is often required
