Job Overview

With over 30 years of experience, ASAP Supplies are industry leaders in supplying marine equipment and spares worldwide for Leisure, Trade and Commercial sectors, specialising in products for maintenance, repair and overhaul. In this role, you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in-branch contact to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and elevate their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on SOP system and handle customers transactions
• Working to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures inline with business goals and objectives
• Working collaboratively with Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Technical Teams to maximise customer opportunities and deliver a customer first culture
• Assist the Sales Manager with obtaining and maintaining customer relationships

Skills and Experience

• A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service
• Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position
• Have an interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry (preferable)
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
• Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve
• Knowledge of SOP systems
• To be result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets
