People often ask me why I am still doing what I have been doing for LKQ for the last ten years. My answer is simple - I am motivated to work and enjoy collaborating with others because it keeps me moving. After all, I am a person who cannot stand still. At my work colleagues like to say: "Riskanda works with heart". This is definitely true, since I am incredibly grateful for my current job and I believe putting your heart into work is a good way to find satisfaction and sense of belonging. I work at LKQ DACH as a logistics employee for outgoing goods. My tasks in the warehouse are packing, unpacking, sorting and stocktaking. I continue that after work – at home, I am constantly unpacking new recipes since I love to cook, especially dishes from Kosovo.
