Job Overview

In this role, you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in-person contact to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and elevate their experience with our company. You’ll be expected to keep up to date with all the latest products and promotions to maximise sales opportunities, you’ll also be required manage key accounts, actively maintain relationships, and obtain new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists Line Manager with any other tasks that work towards the future development of LKQ Arleigh and the wider LKQ Leisure & Marine.
  • Responsible for obtaining and actively maintaining relationships with long term key customers by comprehending their requirements, whilst playing an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Carries out tasks inside an office environment that work towards achieving sales targets and goals, including customer visits.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with the best, most accurate information possible.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams, along with other departments, and demonstrate excellent teamwork, problem solving skills and innovation to help us deliver a world class customer service offering.
  • Represent our Company at Trade Exhibitions and Shows.
  • Assists Line Manager with any other tasks that work towards the future development of LKQ Arleigh and the wider LKQ Leisure & Marine group.
